Order Returns

We will only accept returns for items in new and unused condition and in their original package within 30 days after deliervy.
You can return unwanted items free of charge with the peel off return label on the packing slip in your order. If you have misplaced your return label and are in need for a new one, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com with your order number and contact information. We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Due to technical difficulties we are currenlty experiencing longer than normal processing times.

Regular Delivery times:
1. Standard: Order will be received within 10-12 business days after you placed your order online. Order cut-off time is 10:30AM (PST). 
2. Express: Order will be received within 3-5 business days after you placed your order online. Online cut-off time is 10:30 AM (PST). $30 Express Shipping charges apply.


CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I ORDERED?
Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased at the official Porsche Design Online Shop. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees to our Porsche Design Logistics Services. Porsche Design items purchased from any other retailer must be returned to that retailer.

Porsche Design will accept merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or altered. The purchased item may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

Please follow the directions below when returning merchandise purchased from the Porsche Design Online Shop:

1. Include the original invoice of your order with your return
2. Indicate why you are returning the item(s) with the help of the return reasons on the return form
3. Securely repackage the item(s) with the original packaging
4. Use the included FedEx return label and apply it to the outside of the box. In the event you cannot locate the return label please email customerservice@porsche-design.com and we will provide you a new one
5. Drop the package off at any FedEx drop off location

ELECTRONICS
Electronics delivered in damaged condition, dead upon arrival, or still in original packaging can be shipped back to the Porsche Design Warehouse with the supplied return label.

TIMEPIECES
1. All product packaging (boxes, manual, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item
2. Any item(s) returned without original documentation are not eligible for return or exchange
3. Item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED
1. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered
2. Lighters are classified as hazardous materials and use flammable liquids or gases. Lighters can ONLY be returned in official Porsche Design retail stores
3. Personalized items
4. Perfumes with opened and or/tampered crystal wrapping
5. Porsche Design products purchased from third party sellers

WHERE DO I SEND RETURNS?

Please include your order number on the return label on the outside of the box, this will help us expedite processing your return.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT?
If you do not have a receipt, you may email us at customerservice@porsche-design.com during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST).
We will be closed for all major US Holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

We will be happy to locate your order and if we are able to match your purchase to an order in our system we will be pleased to process your return. We do not accept returns for Porsche Design items purchased from other retailers. These items must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.

CAN I EXCHANGE IN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your items with the return label that is enclosed in your order for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

HOW DO I RETURN or REPLACE DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE, INCORRECT, MISSING OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?
If you should receive a damaged or defective item or if part of your order is missing, please let us know! Email us with 5 business days at customerservice@porsche-design.com during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST). Please include images to show issue.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
Gift returns can be processed without a receipt only if we can locate the purchasing information in our database. Please email us at customerservice@porsche-design.com during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm (PST). 

We will do our best to locate the original order and will need to know the name of the person who bought the gift for you. If the return is for a refund, the original purchasing credit card will be credited.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return if we are unable to match your item with an order in our system.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
Refunds will appear as a credit to the original purchasing credit card for the purchase amount shown on your receipt, less shipping and handling charges.

We will process the return and credit your account within 5-7 business days of receipt of your returned item. Depending on your credit card company's policies, it may take one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
