3. Once we ship your order MyUS.com will manage your forwarding process to you
Please note that some items cannot be shipped to international addresses and are not eligible for MyUs.com services. Additional restrictions may apply to your destination; the MyUS.com website has a complete list of prohibited items for different countries.
Shipping in the US - You can choose 2 options of shipment:
- Ground: All orders over $250 will receive complimentary ground shipping via Fedex. Shipment will be received with 3-5 business days once shipped, please allow 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipment of product. Delivery is dependent on distance to the Porsche Design Warehouse in Ontario, CA. All orders over $500 will require signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive the signature required please call us at 1-800-521-5152, option 1 (Customer Service hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM- 5PM PST) or please email us at email@example.com. If signature at delivery is waived, you will take the risk for any lost or stolen packages.
- Express: Shipment will be received within 3 business days after you placed your order online. Online order cut-off time is 10:30 AM PST for shipments to be processed same day. All orders over $500 will require signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive the signature required please call us at 1-800-521-5152, option 1 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If signature required is waived, you will take the risk for any lost or stolen packages. Oversize items such as luggage and overweight items such as the Sound Bar will be charged an express rate of $50.
Can I return an item I ordered?
Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased at the official Porsche Design Online Shop. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees to our Porsche Design Logistics Services. Porsche Design items purchased from any other retailer must be returned to the original retailer.
Porsche Design will accept merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or altered. The purchased item may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the directions below when returning merchandise purchased from the Porsche Design Online Shop:
- Indicate why you are returning the item(s) on the return form included with your order and include it in the return package.
- Repackage the item(s) with the original packaging.
- Use the included FedEx return shipping label and apply to the outside of the shipping box. In the event that you cannot locate the return label email us at email@example.com and we will email you a new one.
- Drop the shipping box off at any official FedEx drop off location.
Electronics delivered in damaged condition, dead upon arrival, or still in original packaging can be returned at an official Porsche Design Store or shipped back to the Porsche Design Warehouse with the supplied return label.
Any electronics in original condition but in open packaging are eligible for return or exchange with a 10 percent restocking fee
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that can't be returned
- Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered
- Lighters are classified as hazardous materials and use flammable liquids or gases. Lighters can ONLY be returned in official Porsche Design stores
- Perfumes with opened and/or tampered crystal wrapping
- Sales and personalized items
- Porsche Design products purchased from third party sellers
Can I return an item to a Porsche Design store?
Online orders can only be returned or exchanged to the warehouse via the enclosed shipping label.

Please include your order number on the return label on the outside of the box. This will help us expedite processing your return.
Can I return merchandise without the original receipt?
If you do not have a receipt, please call us at 1-800-521-5152, option 1 (Service time: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (PST) or E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be happy to locate your order, and if we are able to match your purchase to an order in our system we will be happy to process your return. We do not accept returns for Porsche Design items purchased from other retailers. These items must be returned to the original retailer where they were purchased.
How do I return defective or damaged merchandise?
If you should receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know! We are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 9AM to 5PM PST at 1-800-521-5152, option 1. We will gladly facilitate the return of your product and work with you to get a replacement.
What if my order was shipped incomplete or I received the wrong item?
If you receive an order that is incomplete, or if the wrong item was shipped, please let us know! We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00AM. to 5:00PM. PST at 1-800-521-5152, option 1. We will gladly correct the error and send you the missing item(s) or the product originally ordered.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
Gift returns or exchanges can be processed without a receipt if we can locate the purchasing information in our database. Please call us at 1-800-521-5152, option 1 (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM PST) or E-mail us at email@example.com. We will locate the original order, and will need to know the name of the person who bought the gift for you. If the return is for a refund, the original purchasing credit card will be credited. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return if we are unable to match your item with an order in our system.
How long is the return processing time?
Yes. Refunds will appear as a credit to the original purchasing credit card for the purchase amount shown on your receipt, less shipping and handling charges. We will process the return and credit your account within 5-7 business days of receipt of your returned item. Depending on your credit card company's policies, it may take one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
