Delivery zone: Services offered by the Porsche Design Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.

Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.

Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
