Shipping
Standard shipping with DHL within Europe is free of charge. The cost per order for DHL Express shipping is €12 within Germany and €25 outside Germany.
The delivery time for standard shipping can take 3-6 working days. The delivery time may vary for orders shipped abroad. For express delivery, the order will be delivered within 48 hours on working days. Saturday delivery is not possible.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are unused and undamaged. It is also important that the goods and product labelling are still attached to the items or that the items are returned in their entirety. For a free return, please only use the enclosed return label with the pre-paid and addressed return label. If you need a new return label, please contact our customer service at shop@porsche-design.de
Vouchers & Discounts
Enter your voucher code in the step "Check Order" during the check-out process. Please check the exact conditions on the respective voucher. When ordering online, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
