Due to increased shipping volumes and carrier delays, you may see a slight delay regarding the shipment of your order. We are working diligently to process your order as quicly as possible. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The trackign number will update as soon as the shipment begins to move.

Order Returns for Canada

Our standard return policy is 30 days from time of purchase for all orders. Items have to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with the original TAGS attached.

You can return unwanted items free of charge. * Large items are excluded from free returns shipment. Additional freight and restocking charges will apply for returns and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com to request a return label to be emailed to you. Please provide your order number when emailing us.

We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.

* Large items including but not limited to E-Bikes, Soundbar Pro, Porsche Jump, Gaming Chair are not eligible for FREE Ground Shipping & FREE Returns or FREE Express Shipping. Additional Freight charges will apply for shipping and returns. Express shipping is not available for above mentioned Large items.
