Dear Porsche Design Customers,

Most of our stores have reopened or will reopen and we are excited to welcome you back. Please visit our online store locator for the most-up-to-date operating hours. 

The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority. Please be assured that we have implemented comprehensive hygiene measures in our reopened stores that are in compliance with government requirements:

  1. All employees wear protective masks and we encourage our customers to wear mask when visiting our stores.
  2. In-store hand sanitizers are available for you
  3. 6-feet social distancing is maintained
  4. Cashless payments via Apple Pay or Credit Card
  5. Increased store cleaning for maximum hygiene

Payment and Delivery Information

Delivery

You can choose 2 options of shipment:

  1. Standard: Order will be received within 5 business days after you placed your order online. Order cut-off time for same day processing is 10:30AM (PST). Signature required at delivery on all orders over $500 and all apartments and office locations.
    If you wish to waive the signature please email us at order@porsche-design.us during business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (PST). If signature at delivery is waived, you will take the risk for any lost or stolen packages.
  2. Express: Order will be received within 2 business days after you placed your order online. Online cut-off times for same day order processing is 10:30 AM (PST). ignature required at delivery on all orders over $500 and all apartments and office locations.

Can I return an item I ordered?

Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased at the official Porsche Design Online Shop. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees to our Porsche Design Logistics Services. Porsche Design items purchased from any other retailer must be returned to that retailer.

Porsche Design will accept merchandise in its original condition when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or altered. The purchased item may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the directions below when returning merchandise purchased from the Porsche Design Online Shop:

  1. Include the original invoice of your order with your return
  2. Indicate why you are returning the item(s) with the help of the return reasons on the return form
  3. Securely repackage the item(s) with the original packaging
  4. Use the included FedEx return label and apply it to the outside of the box. In the event you cannot locate the return label please email order@porsche-design.us and we will provide you a new one
  5. Drop the package off at any FedEx drop off location

Electronics

Electronics delivered in damaged condition, dead upon arrival, or still in original packaging can be shipped back to the Porsche Design Warehouse with the supplied return label.

Any electronics in original condition but in open packaging are eligible for return or exchange with a 10% restocking fee.

Timepieces

  1. All product packaging (boxes, manual, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item
  2. Any item(s) returned without original documentation are not eligible for return or exchange
  3. Item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange

Items that can't be returned

  1. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered
  2. Lighters are classified as hazardous materials and use flammable liquids or gases. Lighters can ONLY be returned in official Porsche Design retail stores
  3. Personalized items
  4. Perfumes with opened and or/tampered crystal wrapping
  5. Porsche Design products purchased from third party sellers

Where do I send returns?

Please send returns in their original packaging to:

Please include your order number on the return label on the outside of the box, this will help us expedite processing your return.

Can I return merchandise without the original receipt?

If you do not have a receipt, you may email us at order@porsche-design.us during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (PST).

We will be happy to locate your order and if we are able to match your purchase to an order in our system we will be pleased to process your return. We do not accept returns for Porsche Design items purchased from other retailers. These items must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.

How do I return defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged merchandise?

If you should receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know! email us at order@porsche-design.us during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (PST).

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Gift returns or exchanges can be processed without a receipt if we can locate the purchasing information in our database.Please email us at order@porsche-design.us during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (PST).
We will do our best to locate the original order and will need to know the name of the person who bought the gift for you. If the return is for a refund, the original purchasing credit card will be credited.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return if we are unable to match your item with an order in our system.

When will I receive a credit for my return?

Refunds will appear as a credit to the original purchasing credit card for the purchase amount shown on your receipt, less shipping and handling charges.

We will process the return and credit your account within 5-7 business days of receipt of your returned item.
Depending on your credit card company's policies, it may take one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
